Lola's a BIG sister

This is a self portrait by Lo. It's actually one of my very favorite pictures of her. She has gotten some great pictures of Belle that I will share when I get the chance!
Lola is adjusting very well to being a big sister. We've had a few hiccups here and there, but overall she is very helpful and loving. The only time she has a hard time is if someone else that she really loves is holding the baby. She hasn't been mean or hateful to Belle at all though. She pats her back and gives her a pacifier when she cries. We are glad she has been nice so far, but we are not blind to the fact that it probably won't last forever....for now though, we are a happy family :)

Lola starts school in a few weeks again. We decided to enroll her twice a week this year instead of just once. She is excited to start and I am excited to have her be with her friends and teachers again! (Not because I want her out of the house! Mostly because I know she enjoys it so much) I know she will have a great year and learn lots. We are also getting ready to go on vacation again in October. It takes several months around here to prepare for a vacation as neither Dustin nor I are very organized...oh and the best part is...we are driving this time. Let the chaos begin.
