More Lake Fun

Lola and pawpaw pretending they are Canadian Geese...too funny to see my dad with feathers in his hands running around....even the dogs thought he was nuts!

Our little fishergirl. My how she loves to fish. She is actually pretty good at casting too. She got the pole in March and has been practicing in the yard since! It was fun to watch her cast into water.

Lake Time

We had a blast at the lake! We roasted marshmallows, swam, ate at good restraurants, went out for ice cream, caught turtles, frogs and fish, went for a boat ride...and the list goes on... When we left we were pulling out of the drive and she was already asking to stay. I tried to talk my doctor into letting me go back for the 4th of July, but he said it's too far of a drive. Maybe we will sneak away anyway!

We've been squeezing in lots of last minute things we want to do with Lola this summer just in case new baby Howe doesn't like to run everywhere like we do! We have a new place in town that is filled with those grimey bounce houses. We have been twice now and of course, it's a favorite of Lola's. She has no fear climbing up the walls and sliding down.

Lola loves having her hair cut! It was touch and go for awhile, but then we stopped taking her to the children's salon and to mommy's salon and she likes it much better! This time

her appointment was near naptime. She was almost falling asleep in the chair she was so relaxed from having her hair played with! Too cute.
