Loving the weather

Lola started shaking her head "yes' this week. She's been able to do "no" for awhile. Let's just say she has become VERY opinionated it seems since learning this. Sometimes she gets confused still and one means the other. Also, she puts her whole body into shaking it yes. Pretty funny to watch! It looks like it's going to be hats all summer long again since our babe still doesn't have much hair. It's ok though because I have only seen a million different ones I want to buy this week.

Oh no you did n't!

I was brushing my teeth tonight and when I walked out of the bathroom I found this! Lola climbs onto, into, across, under etc. EVERYTHING. I honestly think I'll catch her on top of the refrigerator someday. The other night right in front of me she pulled the drawers out in the kitchen and started to climb up them to get onto the counter!!!

Couch Fun

Lola has been able to climb on the couch for quite awhile now. She LOVES waiting for her daddy to get home...and she usually watches her morning show Peep and the Big Wide World just like this! Yes, I let our 1 year old watch tv while I get ready. It's the only way I can get ready in the morning without Lola yanking on my pants leg the whole time. I assure you whatever she is watching is somewhat educational. =)

On a different subject!

Our next door neighbor is looking for a home for her Chocolate Lab. She is extremely lovable, but she is a little on the wild side. Her name is Layla and she will be two this summer (pretty sure). I think with a little discipline and exercise she would settle down some. She is crate trained also...which is a plus and used to being left at home while her family is at work/school. I really hope I can find someone to take her because she is such a nice dog. She is used to being around children too! I'll try to get a picture of her sometime today.

Cabin Fever

We attached clothes pins to Lola...it kept her occupied for a good 15 minutes trying to get them off =) Oh, the fun we have!
EDITED TO ADD: Dustin said we were going to get reported for this picture. She actually really had fun pulling them off...forget the hundreds of dollars of toys that she has! Ok, just wanted to clarify!

WHAT are you doing?

A couple mornings ago, I went to let the dogs out...and came back to this! Guess we shouldn't have used it as her stage for dancing! We never thought she'd figure out how to get up there by herself! PS...the clock set on the digital cable box is the right time. 11:15 am. Being a stay at home mom definitely has it's perks (in jammies until noon...just because we can!)
