First hairTRIM...sometime in December!!!
My computer is finally working again! Now if I could only find my camera cord to post new pictures...here is a little (or big) update on the Howe's!
Lola has been a busy, busy two year old. She's been going to swimming lessons on Monday's and Wednesday's (has since graduated from her first class), Mom's Time Out on Wednesday mornings, and the church nursery on Sunday mornings. Not to mention our near nightly play dates with her bff Ella from down the street. She talks a TON now and pretty much says everything we ask her too...and sometimes things we'd rather she not pick up! Lola speaks in sentences and it's amazing at what she comes up with. Her imagination has soared when she plays pretend and it's awesome to watch her. She is loving her playdoh and sometimes before her eyes are open she's asking to play with it. But not before she tackles her other best friend Tutu. Tutu has adjusted well. She did get out the other night and was gone for about 24 hours before our neighbor found her. Lola was more upset than I could have ever imagined she'd know how to be. The crazy cat must like it here though to come back!
Other news...my pregnancy is moving right along...I'm a little over twenty weeks. Half way finished. I have been hesitant to talk about it too much. We had a few scares the first trimester which resulted in 5 ultrasounds before I was even 12 weeks. God is good though and things are progressing very well. We found out we are having a GIRL and we couldn't be more excited for Lola to have a sister. How awesome it will be to watch them grow up together. I'm sure the fights will be great to witness too! We did not have a preference on gender as we feel that any baby is a true blessing! Plus, there could always be baby number three, hahaha! We don't have a name for her yet, as we don't really know what kind of name we want. Nothing in the top 50 baby names, but nothing weird like...Apple?! We will be creating a blog for her soon that I'll rarely update either! =)
